About Entry 79 Compliance
Since August 2023, the European Union has enforced stricter limits on Perfluorocarboxylic acids (C9-C14 PFCAs) under REACH Annex XVII, Entry 68 & 79.
Manufacturers must ensure that the sum of C9-C14 PFCAs does not exceed 25 ppb (parts per billion) in the final product. For PFOA-related substances, the limit remains at 1 mg/kg.
